All our rooms are strictly non-smoking and please note: Pets are not allowed on the property. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for anyone who breaches these rules.

Please either return your key to the letter box located outside of the bottle shop or leave it in your door.

There are 2 first aid kits in the Hotel. If you require first aid, please let one of our staff know immediately.

We do not offer breakfast, but there are some great local cafes where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast.
We offer our guests a $30 packed lunch for your convenience which includes sandwiched, cake, fruit & drink
Please have any orders for lunches in by 5pm at the bar
CHILDREN & VISITORS
Queensland Law Requires that all children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
House policy is that all visitors must be off the premise by 10pm
LOST PROPERTY
Please contact reception on 1300 316 197 for any lost property. We keep all property for a period of 1 month
AIR-CONDITIONING
To make you stay as comfortable as possible all rooms are fitted with reverse cycle air conditioners. Optimum operating temperature is 23 degrees for both summer and winter. Please do not operate below 20 degrees as the system may ice up and seize to work. Kindly turn your AC off when leaving your room.
HOUSE KEEPING
Tea, Coffee and Water are all complimentary so please enjoy.

AUTOMATIC LIGHTING
Our outdoor lighting is controlled by a timer and will automatically turn on & off at dusk and dawn to assist in deterring of flying insects
WATER SUPPLY
The hotels water is bore water which is clear, clean & pure and safe to consume. It can sometimes have an odour, but this is caused by the minerals and the water has health benefits. This is the water guests are soaking in at the local hot springs. As it is naturally quite warm, the cold water is enough in summer for the shower.

We are the only hotel in town with TAB and KENO facilities. The terminals are located in the bar with the TAB broadcast in the Air Conditioned TAB Room & Bar. Keno TV’s are in Gaming room, Dining Room & Bar

Our restaurant has a delicious range of meals for you to choose from including Steak, Chicken and Seafood dishes all served with your choice of Chips & Salad or Mash & Veg. We also offer nightly specials and a range of Pizzas. we have great daily lunch specials and you can have food delivered to your room when you order online. CUNNAMULLA – THINGS TO DO
The Cunnamulla fella Statue and information centre is located about 50 metres from the hotel and is a great place to find out about current events happening in the area. It features a gallery/museum & the Artesian Time Tunnel experience.
Cunnamulla Hot Springs a wellness and rejuvenation centre just near the Tourist Information Centre. We have towels available for complimentary use at the hot springs, see reception. Fee if not returned
The Cunnamulla railway Station is home the All Aboard Experience. Head to the Tourist Information Website by following the link below.
Cunnamulla has an abundance of local Bird Life that attracts people from all over the world. Station tours & Bird watching tours can be organised at the tourist information centre
Places of interest include The Robbers Tree, The Warrego River & Weir, The Sand Dunes & The local Opal Store.
The town has a variety of shops including an IGA, Chemist, Medical Centre, Hardware Shop, Butcher Shop, Tyre Store, Mechanic Workshop and National Australia Bank.

EULO
Visit the historic Eulo Queen Hotel and book in for a rejuvenation artesian mud bath. Located 12km out side of Eulo are natural artesian mud springs.

Opal Country! Yowah is well known for opals and has galleries with fantastic displays at various locations in town. Yowah offers its own bird watching tours as well as heritage & opal tours.
WYANDRA
Wyandra is a small town located on the Warrego River with beautiful spots for fishing and relaxing. Wyandra also offers a heritage tour with a Powerhouse Museum.
