Warrego Hotel Motel: Terms and conditions of Booking Accommodation
The primary guest is responsible for all people staying in the Hotel and whilst they are on the
property, including bona fide visitors. This responsibility extends to damage to accommodation
rooms, furnishings, fittings and common property, cleanliness, smoking in the Hotel, excessive noise
and offensive language. Warrego Hotel Motel reserves the right to levy additional cleaning fees to
the primary guest where necessary. The primary guest must be over 18 years of age.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited within all accommodation rooms and public areas of Warrego Hotel
Motel. A cleaning fee from $250 will be levied for breaching this policy. If smoking results in
Emergency Services attendance, a fee of $2000 will apply to cover the charges levied by QFES.
Pet Policy:
The Warrego Hotel Motel has a strict NO PET POLICY. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if pets
are found to be in the room. All guests will be advised to vacate regardless of the time of day if pets
are homed in the rooms.
Identification Policy:
1. A Government issued photographic identification is required on check-in
2. A valid credit card in the same name of the guest is required on or prior to check-in
These documents are stored electronically against your profile.
Payment Policy:
A valid credit card is required for ALL reservations. Your booking is secured by credit card and will be
charged for the first nights accommodation in the event of a non-arrival or if less than 24hours
notice of cancellation is given.
The Warrego Hotel Motel reserves the right to process payment against the card on file 48 hours
prior to arrival during peak periods. Check with our staff for specific dates.
Card Guarantee:
Primary guests agree to cover reasonable costs associated with any damage to the accommodation
room, common areas, furnishings of fixtures of the Hotel.
Primary guests agree that their credit card may be charged $2000 in the event of a false fire alarm
being triggered.
No cash bonds are taken
Cancellations or changes must be made by 15:00 / 3pm (hotel local time) 24 hours before the date
of your arrival to avoid paying the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night.
These terms and conditions override any other terms and conditions on-line or from any other third
party travel agents.
