Getting Here
By Plane
Regional Express Fly From Brisbane to Cunnamulla 2 Days per week- Wednesdays and Sundays. The flight takes approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes and stops briefly in Toowoomba and St George. Up to date flight information is available from the Regional Express website.
By Bus
Bus Queensland offer 3 services per week on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays. More information is available on the Bus Queensland Website.
By Road

By Train
Queensland Rail Offer 2 Services From Brisbane to Charleville per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There is a bus that shuttles Rail passengers to Cunnamulla, a journey of approximately 2 hours and fifteen minutes. More information is available on the Queensland Rail website.
Car Rental
There are no car rental options available in Cunnamulla. If you require a rental vehicle, your best option is to fly to Charleville and the hire a vehicle from either Avis or Budget. They will meet you at the Airport with a vehicle. Both Qantas and Regional Express Fly from Brisbane to Charleville. The Drive to Cunnamulla is 196kms or approximately two and a quarter hours. Due to the high risk of hitting an animal on the highway, we strongly recommend you hire a vehicle fitted with a bull bar. We also strongly recommend excess reduction when renting a vehicle.
Things To Do
The Cunnamulla Fella Centre is a great place to start your adventure. It is about 50 metres from the hotel and has a wealth of information on the local area. It also features a gallery, museum and The Artesian Time Tunnel experience. Local Places of Interest include the Robbers Tree, The Sand Dunes The Local Opal Store and The Warrego River. Our region attracts domestic and international travelers to observe the Abundant local bird life.
Shopping
General
There are a number of local shops including a toy store, clothing store and a couple of cafes. There is a Tyre store, Mechanics workshops and RACQ agent in town.
Food/Dining Out
There are a number of Cafes in town and our hotel offers a fully licenced Restaurant featuring an a la carte Menu. There is an IGA Supermarket near the hotel which is open Monday to Friday and Saturday Mornings. It is closed on Sundays.
Fuel
There are two Service Stations in town which are open 7 Days. They are not 24 hour and may close early when quiet or on public holidays.
Bank/ATM
There is only 1 Bank in Cunnamulla, National Australia Bank, but it does not have an ATM. For your convenience, there is an ATM at the hotel which accepts all major cards. However, due to the hotel being a gaming venue, Queensland Law strictly prohibits cash advances on credit cards.
